Great prompt service , had to pay for their time upfront to supply us with the insurance estimate but it proved invaluable in the end having someone who knows how the world of insurance claims actually works !

My insurance company was a nightmare they wouldn’t agree to replace my table only fix the damage ,I contacted craftsman restoration and they visited us at home ,looked at the damage and confirmed that they could restore it back to its original condition ,we agreed to go ahead before even the insurance company paid out our claim and we even got the cost of the original insurance estimate and visit deducted off the final bill.

My old Ercol table and chairs has been fully restored and it’s over 30 years old ! It’s a great big table it’s been used for my children’s homework and now my grand children’s homework ,  It was collected and delivered back within the 2-3 weeks quoted

I had an old family heir loom (a very old rocking chair ) fully restored,  French polished and re-upholstered can’t believe it’s the same chair ,it wasn’t cheap but worth every penny in my opinion.

I was contacted by my removal company and they recommended to choose from 3 restoration companies in Northern Ireland ,I choose craftsman restoration because after speaking with Peter he assured me that although he would remain independent if it was required he would argue my case with the companies loss adjusters to obtain the fairest settlement for everyone.
